There are two ways to begin using REI Podio CRM:

2. Schedule a Free Call – If you’d like a walkthrough before committing, you can schedule a free call with us. We'll guide you through the system, answer any questions, and ensure we're the right fit for your business. If you decide to proceed, you can follow the direct purchase method. 📞

We offer three package options:

1. Free Package – This package is free until you close your first deal or for three months, whichever comes first. After three months, it will automatically convert into a $299/month subscription. This package is designed specifically for real estate wholesalers who struggle to start their business due to a lack of funds. 2. $299 Monthly Subscription – You can directly purchase the $299/month subscription without any restrictions. ✅

Note: The first two packages include GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing and REI Podio CRM for lead conversion and deal closing.

Once you complete your purchase, we will schedule a quick kickstart call to finalize the required system integrations before beginning the setup.

1. Immediate Access to GoHighLevel (GHL): During the kickstart call, you will receive access to GHL so you can start marketing and capturing leads immediately. 🚀

2. REI Podio CRM Setup (Within 2 Days): While you begin using GHL, our team will configure your REI Podio CRM system within 2 days. ⏳

3. Podio Subscription & Access: Since REI Podio CRM is deployed on your Podio account, you will need to purchase a $24/user/month Podio subscription and provide us access using the email we provide during the kickstart call.

4. SmrtPhone.io Integration: We integrate the SmrtPhone.io system into your CRM. Make sure to purchase this service in advance so there are no delays in your operations. 📱

While we set up your system, we recommend you:

• Watch REI Podio CRM training videos to familiarize yourself with the platform. 🎥

• Explore our knowledge base for detailed guidance on system functionalities. 📚

• Set up your SmrtPhone.io A2P campaign registration. This process takes a couple of days, and you can follow the provided article or reach out to SmrtPhone support within your account. This requires your website to be up and running with the required protocols for A2P compliance.
