Managing leads effectively is crucial for real estate wholesalers and investors. In REI Podio CRM, you can assign leads to team members and set follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed. Below, we walk you through both processes step by step. ๐
Assigning Leads to Team Members ๐ฅManual Lead Assignment โ๏ธNavigate to the Seller Leads App.
Locate the "Lead Acq. Manager" field.
Select the appropriate Lead Manager from the dropdown menu.

Auto Assigning Leads (Round Robin) โ๏ธGo to the Settings App.
Open the Settings Record.
Select the option to Auto Assign Lead Manager.
The system will now distribute leads evenly among team members based on their role in the Team Member App.

Setting Follow-Up Tasks ๐Open the Lead Record.
Ensure the Lead is Assigned to a Lead Manager (since the task will be for them).
Scroll down to find the "SET FOLLOW-UP DATE >>>" field.
Choose a future date for follow-up.
๐ Once the date is set, the system will automatically change the "FU Status" field to "New".
Below the FU Status field, add notes for the follow-up.
To monitor follow-ups, check the "Todayโs Follow-Ups" view.
This view helps each team member track their daily follow-ups efficiently.

Google Calendar Integration ๐Follow-ups can also be attached to Google Calendar, ensuring reminders are set for crucial tasks.
